Acceptance Regulation
The booking on this website implies acceptance of these regulations.
The guest is liable personally, even for people that go with it.
1. Payment Details:
Once the booking deposit has been paid, the remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
Prices are in Euro and are based on the type of accommodation chosen and for the requested period.
The agreed price includes:
consumption (electricity, water and gas) bed linen and towels, cleaning costs at the end of the stay.
The price does not include:
security deposit (for stays of at least 7 days), any damage, pet supplement
We reserve the right to change prices published at any time without notice.
However, the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras), will not be changed under any circumstances.
2. Reservation & Deposit
It is possible to make a reservation online using the booking system on our website https://arcosalento.com
When booking, accepting our terms and conditions, the guest pays a the 20% (as a deposit), and in fact confirming the reservation signs a contract that commits him to pay the total balance of the stay on Check-in day, ArcoSalento therefore has the obligation to keep the accommodation available.
3. Cancellation policies, no show (no show) and security deposit
If the guest due to unexpected events or reasons of any kind decided to cancel the reservation, he / she will have to communicate only by email to ArcoSalento his wish for cancellation
- Promptly communicating the wish to cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival, the guest will benefit from a 20% reduction of the remaining balance of the stay
- By promptly communicating the wish to cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival, the guest will benefit from a 10% reduction of the remaining balance of the stay
- By communicating the wish to cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, the guest will not benefit from any reduction of the remaining balance of the stay
- Failure to present the day of check-in (no show) will result in the remaining balance of the stay
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance that protects them from the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of a holiday.
- For a minimum of 7 days is required upon arrival a security deposit of 150 euros refundable upon departure after an inspection for any damage.
You agree that any damage caused, will be deducted from the deposit and they will also be liable for any damages in excess (if the deposit does not manage to cover costs)
Refund: the deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out after an inspection in the absence of any damage.
4. Before arrival
- At least 24 hours prior to arrival, the absence of a reception service, the customer must communicate via email or telephone to the operator the exact time of arrival, to receive adequate reception.
5. Arrival day
THE CHECK-IN IS INCLUDED BETWEEN THE 14 HOURS AND THE HOURS 20:00, YOUR ACCOMMODATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 14 HOURS.
THE GUESTS WHO PREVIOUS TO ARRIVE OUT OF THE CHECK-IN TIME MUST MANDATORY AND PREVENTIVELY COMMUNICATE TO THE STRUCTURE STAFF THEIR ARRIVAL TIME WITH PRECISION TO BE ORGANIZED THE DELIVERY OF THE KEYS. THE STRUCTURE WILL NOT BE IN ANY WAY LIABLE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS, INCOMPRENSIONS OR COMPLAINTS DUE TO A PROBLEMATIC AND DELAYED CHECK-IN DUE TO THE FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE THE ARRIVAL TIME BY THE GUESTS
Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID card. If they are not presented valid documents, the booking will be cancelled and deducted the entire amount paid.
Children under the age of 12 stay free.
Children over 12 are considered paying adults, so if the age entered in the booking confirmation does not correspond to the actual age of the child at check-in, the relative price difference will be requested.
To your arrival you will be shown the accommodation and you will receive the keys. You will sign a lease soon.
The customer expressly exonerates manage from any liability for direct or indirect damage that could arise from innocent interruptions of essential services such as electricity and water.
We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to items of your property left in rooms or for any injury, theft, damage to persons or things just because it occurred on the property.
6. Day of departure
The release of the accommodation must be made no later than 10:00 am.
7. The loss of keys will result in a penalty of EUR 250 will be charged .
8. Only the number of persons indicated by the customer at the time of booking is allowed to use the property.
9. Conduct in ArcoSalento
Loud music and noises that are potentially nuisance to the neighbourhood is strictly prohibited. Guests of ArcoSalento should be aware that, if played loud music, or organizing a party very noisy, and neighbors complain and/or police intervention is requested, you may be immediately asked to leave accommodation regardless of time of day or night.
Noise regulations and respect for other residents between the 22:00 and the 9:00.
The customer, upon signing the contract upon check-in is committed to behave responsibly and also fixed in the name and on behalf of the other guests who accompany him. If this person, or any of the other guests who accompany him behave inappropriately and incorrectly, we reserve the right to ask the person and other guests who have accompanied him to leave the accommodation. From then on will not be eligible for future claims or any other form of compensation.
Finally, the customer will forfeit all payments made including rental housing and the damage deposit.

10. It’s prohibited subletting the apartment.
11. SHORT LEASE :
What is ArcoSalento:
ArcoSalento is not an accommodation open to the public (such as hotels, b&b, guest houses, holiday homes)
ArcoSalento is a place of private residence and offers independent accommodation (only and exclusively through a private short-term lease contract).
As it is not an accommodation open to the public, the accommodations at ArcoSalento are therefore in all respects private with related effects relating to the inviolability home of the erga omnes.
By what rules is regulated the Lease Short or too Touristy?
The tourist or short lease is governed by articles 1571 and following of the civil code, article 4 of Decree 50/2017 converted by law No 96/2017, art. 1, paragraph 2, letter c) of law 9 December 1998, n. 431 and by art. 53 of the tourism Code, legislative decree 79/2011, “livable Locations for tourist purposes” according to which “the lodgings rented exclusively for tourist purposes, wherever located, shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code relating to lease. “
The rent differs from other types of activity, such as rentals or bed and breakfast, because it is the sole and exclusive lease an apartment or any part thereof, without offering any additional service. 12. Protection of personal data
